DIY WOD 9:40am – Planks and abs

Coach ChainsawWOD
3 rounds – 20 minutes
1 min plank (OK first 2 rounds. Troubles 3rd)
1 min ea – side plank (could hold it full min 1st round. Troubles 2nd and 3rd)
20 situp
20 reverse crunch
10 5 count superman
1 min wall sit

I got a lot of coaching help from Chainsaw kitty.
Planks – optimum petting position
Crunch – he moved to where I needed to reach
Reverse crunch – he moved to where my toes should touch
Superman – he watched in optimum petting position
1 min wall sit – he stood under my legs – in optimum petting position, of course.

He repeated this for all 3 rounds.

I think he was a physical trainer in a past life….
