DIY WOD 9:38am – Endorphin Mainline

I picked this workout idea up from Mark’s Daily Apple

Warmup – 30 seconds each
Jumping Jacks – 30
Mountain Climbers – 15 ea side
Lunges – 15 ea side

Endorphin Mainline Workout

3 rounds each for time
Step-Ups – 12 each leg
Wide Grip Push Ups – 20 reps
Prisoner Squats – 25 reps
V-ups – 10 reps
Shoulder Press Pushups – 10 reps
Wall Squat – 30 seconds
Mixed Grip Pullups – 5 reps each grip – had to skip these since I don’t have a pull up bar (yet) at home.
Superman – up for 10, rest for 5, 6 reps

20:00 min

Almost met pukey with this one.
Note to self – working out while mildly hung over not such a great idea.

Definitely an ass-kicker.
