WOD 5:30am – Deadlifts and Burpees

Yanked my right oblique at some point during last weekend’s festivites (maybe the workouts + side planks + bowling were not such a good idea). Felt good enough to work out and this one didn’t appear as if it was going to aggravate things.

Vacation = T-3 days!

Pre-WOD
2:30 on the rower (couldn’t get the meter check to work)

3 rounds
20 lunges each side
10 situps
10 pushups
stretch

WOD

Deadlifts
5 + 3 – 95
5 – 115
5 – 125 new PR! I think my body is starting to remember the stagehand days…

Burpees – 50 for time 4:31. Almost decent form – save for some non-jumping slop. Heels to ground – great tip Brian!!!
