Pre-WOD

3 rounds
10 SPT (Wendy – this is Shoulder Pull-through. STOP ASKING!)
10 OHS (overhead squats)
10 hip ext
10 situps
10 pullups (blue band – mine were 10-10-5)
10 pushups

WOD
4 rounds
9 box jump (20 in)
6 squat cleans – tried 55 lbs. Got through 2. Mike rescued me. Did the rest with 35#. I am weak.
3 pushups – feet on box.

6:46.

I should try 45 lbs next time.
Happy with the box jumps.
Happy with the pushups.
God I suck at squat cleans and thrusters.

Now – vacation.
