10 pushups (straight – good form)
10 spt
10 pvc squat cleans
10 situps
10 pvc straight-leg deadlifts (trying to stretch the back)

WOD
4 rounds – 1 minute each exercise
Row (calories) – 35
Power Cleans – 32 lbs – could have gone up to 45.
Dumbbell Push Press – 15 lb – just right
Kettlebell Swing – 8kg – could go up to 12 next time

Really underestimated the weight on this one. Lots of people in the class went Rxed so not much time to scale up to an appropriate level since few people were in between me (wimpy) and Rx (stud).
