10 kettlebell swing – 25 lb
10 pushups
10 situps (1st round knees to chest in attempt to stretch out the back, 2nd & 3rd rounds situps)

However you can do it….
1 lap heavy farmers carry 25# dumbbells
50 ring dips – 30 black band, 20 blue band
50 ring rows
1 lap heavy farmers carry 25# dumbbells

Really happy with this. Ring dips with good form.
Can’t feel my arms – from elbows on down.
Makes typing tough.
