10 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls, 45 lbs
5 Double Unders – less than 1 min
20 Burpees
20 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
7 Double Unders (I managed to string together 4 in a row!!!!)
10 Burpees
30 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
5 Double Unders – less than 1 min


I am starting to string together some double unders. Tricks: Jump high and slow. Shorter jumprope. I tend to get tangled up in the longer jumpropes.

Considering I am getting rid of the last vestiges of the crud – I’m pretty happy with this performance.
