5 minutes of Rowing for calories – 67 Really happy with this.
4 minutes of Box Jumps for reps (20/24) – did steps, legs felt really shaky after the rowing. 68
3 minutes of hang squat snatches for reps (35) Did as hang power snatch. Tried 1 hang squat snatch and left hip said “no”. – 30
2 minutes of wall balls for reps (12#) – 21 Happy with this. Got well above line each rep.
1 minute of Handstand Push-ups for reps. Was going to do 20# db presses. Couldn’t lift them. Scaled to low box HSPU 14.
