WOD 5:30am – Squats + Pushup and Situp Tabata

3 sets – 3 pullups.

WOD
Squat

85-95-105-105-85
Worked on depth and form. Am now confident I can get 105 up easily.

8 Rounds of 20 seconds on and 10 seconds off
Push-ups
Sit-ups
158 with floppy cobra pushups

Yanked my neck (or something) on the pullups.
My left hip and knee felt pretty crunchy on the group work.
Felt every minute of my 39.5 years.
Just wasn’t a day to set any records. This was a victory for just showing up.
