DIY WOD – Running 400m Splits

Done at Washington and Lee Track

5x400m – rest same amount of time as it took to run it
400m – 1:51
400m – 1:49
400m – 1:49
400m – 1:47
400m – 1:46

The above times included dodging the Arlington County Youth Track and Field program – which I estimated to contain about 100 2nd graders in brightly colored t-shirts.

Scott Sonnon – when talking about how he designed his TacFit program said that he made the middle exercises of the program the hardest because he wants you to push past the point of wanting to quit. I wanted to quit about half-way through the 3rd run. I kept going and was rewarded.
