All pushups 1st 3 rounds legit. Last round sloppier than I would like (too much hip) – but still planked.

KB – way…too…light. Started with the 1pood. Jon wanted us to target 4-7 minutes. Knew I wouldn’t make it in less than 7 at that weight. No 25 or 30 pound KBs available. So I went for speed. 1st one finished. Next time – go much heavier.

Best – 8 double-unders as S-D-S-D……

My 10 double-under goal = D-D-D-D-D-D-D-D-D-D. NO singles.
