30 Box jump, 4 45# plates to work on cycling. Plates felt too unstable to really get a rhythm. Back to the box.
30 Jumping pull-ups – full shoulder extension
30 Kettlebell swings (1 pood – broken into 15-10-5)
Walking Lunge, 30 steps
30 Knees to elbows (7-7-7-9)
30 Push press (32 – sets of 10)
30 Back extensions/Stiff Leg Deadlift (62)
30 Wall ball shots (12) Really happy I finished this one in a timely manner. Expected to wimp out at 15.
30 Burpees
60 single unders – 55 singles unbroken.
