WOD 5:00am – Rowing _ DB Thrusters

Goat Work – the dreaded jumprope

Just couldn’t find rhythm this morning. I think I am stressing myself out over this….

Pre-WOD
Group warmup

3 rounds
10 arm row
10 torso arm row
10 half row
10 full row
10 pullups – I need to work on pullup stamina. I can do them – but with breaks.
10 very strict pushups – these have improved, I can do 10 reps fully planked, elbows in pretty easily.

Conclusion – the TacFit has done wonders for my pushup, nothing for my pullup. Time to change out-of-box tactics….

Total: 136

Last round done on only 2 minutes rest. Happy with the consistency and the reps on the thrusters at that weight. Those 20# db felt heavy before even starting.
