WOD 5:30am – DL, Snatch and Pullups

Done after the WOD. Completely different story when tired.
Shins a bit sore.

Burgener warmup

Wendler DL
5 reps 105#
5 reps 120#
max reps 135# – 10. Stopped when I got the headache again. Grip and strength felt like I could easily get 5-10 more. Those 10 went up much easier than the 8 from week 1.

Squat snatch 32#
Pullups – no band, LOTS of singles. I really need to learn how to kip – doing pullups strict kinda sucks.
