Paleo Challenge – Starting Stats and Blackmail Shots

Weight: 122.8 lbs
Bodyfat (as given by the Omron scale) – 27.4%

Bust – 32″
Arms – 11″
Waist (at belly button) – 28″
Hips – 35″
Thighs – 20.5″

I don’t think the bodyfat measurement is accurate. What the Omron scale provides, however, is a view of trends.
I’ve gotten lax in the diet (thank you beer, ice cream, Fritos and Snickers!) and the 1.3% jump in bodyfat since April shows.

And now, ladies and gentlemen – some of the few existing shots of me in a swimsuit.

First ones taken probably since 1998.
(It ain’t blackmail if you are the one sharing with everyone – right?)
