At this stage I can get 2 or 3 at will. Now, all I need to do is stop being so startled when I get more than 4.

Pre-WOD

10 Med Ball Clean 12#
10 Wallball 12#
20 double-unders

WOD
Wendler Back Squats
5 reps 85#
3 reps 100#
max reps 110# – 9 reps. This time, legs gave out.

4 Rounds
10 Front Squat (50% of your 1RM) – 65#
5 Strict Pull-ups
6:10

Pullups went really well today. 1st round of 5 unbroken and steady. No kipping or kicking on any rep. Very happy with this – considering the headache and grogginess I had going into the gym.
