Best: 15 d-d-d, reset, 16 d-d-d This is major progress.

1 minute OHS
2 minutes thoracic lax ball
2 minutes assisted muscle up (thanks Lindsay for the assistance)
2 minutes hip lax ball

Snatch drills


2-2-2-2-2-2-2 (50-60% 1RM)
All reps at 35#.
Made a couple of attempts at 45#, but just couldn’t stay coordinated enough to keep it balanced.
Morning hyperactivity = bad for my coordination

Wendler Deadlift
5 reps 65#
5 reps 80#
5 reps 95#

Overhead Squat
All reps at 55#. For whatever reason, this felt heavy.

If my schedule allows, I may come back tonight for more snatches. Can’t quite figure out what went wrong this morning.
