Alison’s Obstacle Course

AMRAP 15 min – randomized rest
10 pushups
bear crawl (about 10 yards)
burpee broad jump (2)
walking lunges (about 10 yards)
10 pushups
sprint 30 yards

I got 8. Managed to lap both Jen and Michelle. It’s a weird feeling being the “crossfit stud” in the group. Pushups disintegrated to drunken cobra pretty quick.
Pushups reduced to 5 on the last 2 rounds – per Alison’s demand. Thankfully.

Fun workout. Feel stretched and energized. Thanks Alison!
