Goat work: Yesterday’s Paleo
An ounce of blue cheese and some dried cranberries in the salad I had yesterday for lunch. For a fast-food salad – it was pretty delicious.

Takeaway – I can repeat my PRs with sore hamstrings. Shame I was a bit off on the press.
