WOD 5:30am – Burpees, KB, DUs

Pre-WOD
Lots of rolling out

20#DB
– 10 suitcase deadlifts (5 per side)
– 10 goblet squats
– 10 clean/thruster (5 per side)
– 5 renegade rows
– 10 OHS

2 20# DB
– 10 suitcase deadlifts
– 10 squats
– 10 clean/thruster
– 5 renegade rows
– 10 OHS (1 DB/5per side)

WOD
6 front levers. Best time 6 sec. I start inverted then go to parallel. Because my right shoulder was really juicy, wasn’t able to hold it as long as I normally do.

3 rounds AMRAP strict toes to bar
Round 1 – 10
Round 2 – 7
Round 3 – 5

5 rounds
5 burpees
15 KB swings (30# – at this point, my shoulder and back were really unhappy. No way I was pushing the weight today)

Best set DUs – 10 d-d-d. Got some 5 d-d-d, but mostly having a hard time with the jump rope today.

Overall – just happy to have gotten through the workout.
