WOD 6:30am – Chelsea

After 4 days off for moving (WODs consisting of loading and unloading boxes for time), I am antsy to get back to something resembling a normal pattern.

Pre-WOD
5 min double-unders. Best 25 d-d-d. Got 16 d-d-d twice.
Group warmup

6 back lever holds

WOD
“Chelsea” scaled
First 10 rounds
2 Pull-ups
7 Push-ups
15 Squats

Rest of the rounds
1 jumping pullup
1 kipping pullup
5 push ups
10 squats

Went too hard out of the gate – wound up skipping rounds 23 and 24 in an attempt not to puke. Finished reasonably strong once I managed to get last night’s dinner back in my belly.
Glad I did it. Glad it’s over.
