These are a few of my least favorite things…..

Pre-WOD
3 rounds
10 lunges
1 min lax ball quads
10 situps
10 15# kb swings
1 min lat stretch or 1 min handstand hold

WOD
Press
1-1-1-1-1-1-1
Warmup 35(5), 55(1)
Work sets done at 65#. Made 1 attempt at 70# – not going anywhere today.

4 Rounds
Run 400m – side stitch 50 m into round 2.
50 Double Unders
Round 1: 15 du, best 6
Round 2: 20 du, best 11
Round 3: 15 du, best 5
Round 4: 1 min attempt to get 1 double under, 50 single unders.

(oh yeah, I did this in 15:21)
I’ve had better days at the box…..
