LOTS of stretching and mobility. A bit sore.

Legs collapsed on the 4th rep of 135.

4 Rounds:
7 Hang Power Snatch Unbroken (65) – except for 3rd set when I lost my grip 5-2.
Double Unders – target 20, last attempt AMRAP. 25-22-24. Best 12 d-d-d. Also 11 d-d-d and a couple 9 d-d-d.

My best round in both HPS and double-unders was round 4.
Came in a bit tired and weak. Did OK considering….
