Kept getting stuck at the bottom of my squat. Brian showed me how to bounce out of it.
This getting stuck business is becoming more frequent. Need to work on that.

7 pullups – low box, high bar, minimal jump

Went slow and steady on this. Ready to go up 10# on the squat cleans.

Not bad for not feeling it this morning.
