XFit Casa de Floyd – Handstand Volume Training


At home due to work things rather than at the Caps game.
Trying desperately to hold onto the one corner of the CrossFitness quad I have left….workouts.
Food/Stress/Sleep – ugh.
…just get me to November……
20 minutes = 40 negatives
HSPU – not even budging.
Cambridge World History of Food (2.5″), doubled pillow for negatives.

Moved a little faster on the negative than I would have liked – particularly on the 2nd each minute.
Arms, wrists felt OK. Launching leg and stability felt good.
A day on the lax ball with my right foot and calf seemed to help. Lax ball at work … smartest thing I’ve done in awhile.
