60 double unders – 10 double-unders. Best: 2 d-d. Lots of cussing
30 push press 32# – done for speed. Slight break at 20-10
40 double unders – replaced jump rope. 20 double-unders. Best – 7 d-d-d
20 push press 32# – done for speed. Break at 10 -5- 5
20 double unders 30 double-unders Finally found rhythm. Best 15 d-d-d. Immediately followed by 9 d-d-d. Plus 4.
10 push press 32# – done to get it done. Last set felt heavy.

This workout was treated as a skill day. Happy with my push press cycling. Double-unders…..meh.
