Deadlifts just didn’t feel right this morning – even at light weight. My left knee seemed to be collapsing inward. Weird. Looks like I will be spending the evening mashing my left IT band to see if that fixes it.

For whatever reason, heavy dumbell swings felt really good, even though the deadlift didn’t. Will try a 50# dumbbell the next time.
