A demonstration of Wendy’s lack of athletic ability as she tries to destroy the box and fellow PCFers with an 8# wallball. Thanks Kaitlin for trying to keep the damage to a minimum.

Squat drills with PVC – where I try to hit Scott with my PVC.

WOD – done at a significant distance from everyone else šŸ˜‰
4 rounds – 55# – unlimited rest between rounds
3 overhead squats
6 front squats
9 hang power cleans
sprint 1 lap

Round 1: 2:02
Round 2: 2:06
Round 3: 2:12
Round 4: 2:12

Very happy with this. All barbell complex unbroken and undropped.
