WOD – Cindy
AMRAP – 20 minutes
5 pullups
10 pushups
15 squats

10 rounds + 2 pullups. Done Rx for the 1st time!

As a measure of progress – Half Cindy was my first CrossFit workout.

AMRAP 10 min
5 pullups (green strap)
10 pushups (full range of motion in arms… knees…oogly….)
15 squats

Got through 4 rounds + 3 pullups.

Also did Cindy once at home – Sept 17, 2009

AMRAP 20 minutes
5 pullups – jumping . Not much leverage, no bands and struggled every round with the 5th, so I am ecstatic about this! 1st 3 rounds palms out. rest – palms facing
10 pushups – knees. My arms were thrashed after the pullups
15 squats

14 rounds
