70(3) – the 3 felt solid, if slow. Just couldn’t get the 4th past the sticking point, despite Christy’s yelling. Boo.

Handstand Pushup Volume Training
1 HSPU per minute – 20 minutes.
ALL done as handstand pushups. Most ever done in 1 session.

These almost felt easy. Will try for 2 per minute next week.

Double unders – after beating myself up with 3s and 4s, got 34 in a row. PR.

Sleep – 9:00pm – 10:00pm (attempt at sleep), 11:00pm (actual sleep) – 4:45am.

Stress: Medium Low. One on one training today + competitive Wii bowling at the annual IT Holiday Potluck.

Fish Oil – 4 caps

Pre-Workout (5:00am) – coconut water.

Breakfast (8:15am) – coffee with chocolate protein powder. 2 HB eggs. Palak Paneer

Lunch (12:15pm) – roast turkey, pear and parmesan salad, deviled eggs, carrots. Water. Not hungry – so really small portions of each.

Snack (2:30pm) – pork with jalapeno ketchup (homemade, no sugar), celery. ginger tea

Dinner (6:30pm) – Ethiopean Berebere chicken legs with mixed onions and bell peppers. Moroccan Pomegranate Rooibos Tea. 1 glass Beaujolais Nouveau.

Lower stress day than anticipated. For the lack of sleep – decent day at the box.
