Sleep: 10:30pm – 7:15am. Awakened at 4:30am briefly – otherwise solid and feel rested. Nap – 3:30pm – 7:00pm.
Stress: Low.
Fish Oil: 4 caps

Food

Breakfast (8:00am) – country ham, onions + egg. Lady Grey tea with milk and honey. Actually settled better than expected that close to the 9:00am workout.

Post-workout (11:15am) – country ham and onions. Almonds. Sparkling water. Coconut milk.

Lunch (1:15pm) – sushi, sake

Snack (2:30pm) – egg nog, provolone

Dinner (7:30pm) – Rocklands pulled pork, Moroccan Pomegranate Rooibos Tea
