Sleep: In bed at 8pm. Fell asleep around 9:30pm – 4:45am. Snooze 1x – up at 4:53am, Still feel blah.
Stress: Medium Low – merit increase letters today. At least it is not a pink slip.

Food
Pre-workout (5:00am) – coconut water

Breakfast (8:30am) – tuna with artichoke and onions. Coffee with almond milk and protein powder

Lunch (12:30pm) – steak with montreal seasoning. artichokes and onions. water. ginger tea.

Dinner (5:30pm – Brasserie Beck) – 3 really good beers. Mussels and mushrooms with cream sauce. A few well made fries.

Hockey (8:30pm) – 1 bud light + cracker jacks

Think I am fighting a low grade something as a result of last Thursday’s flu shot. Slight cough and low grade achy all over.

Evening – nutritional fail but delicious
