Evil Plan – Cycle 1, Week 3, Day 1

10 OHS (2nd round done as snatch squats)
6 pullups – done half-heartedly

Best: 23. Also got some 10+

12(10) – 32(2) – 52(1)
62(1) x 4. Missed 4th rep forward. Repeated.

Happy that I now have enough strength to recover and complete bad snatches. Pressed out the 2nd rep because I didn’t get lockout. Shocked I still managed to keep that rep overhead.

Wendler Front Squat
For feeling pretty dead this morning – happy with this performance. Left a couple in the tank.
Sleep: 10:00pm – 4:45am Stayed in bed until 4:53am. Felt pretty bleary this morning.
Stress: Low. Asked to blog for one of my favorite conferences again. They have started planning early. Very exciting.
Fish Oil: 4 caps

Pre-Workout (5:00am) – coconut water

Post-Workout (6:45am) – 1 spicy Popeye’s chicken thigh. My boyfriend is evil for bringing this in the house.

Breakfast (9:20am) – coffee with almond milk, london broil with montreal seasoning, baby carrots.

Lunch (12:45pm) – Wendy’s apple pecan chicken salad. Water.

Dinner (6:45pm) – chicken breast with Penzey’s Southwest seasoning. Butternut squash with ground chipotle. 1 glass Zinfandel

Felt blah all day today.

Took healthy food to work and just…not…interested. Not terribly hungry and when I was – wanted something other than something healthy. Seriously craving sweet.
Whole nutritional day – could be worse, could be better.
