Evil Plan – Cycle 1, Week 3, Day 5


WOD – cook dinner for 8

Sleep: 11:15pm – 7:45am with clock check at 5:00am. Thought about going to the gym for a second, then fell back asleep.
Stress: Medium. 1st time tackling Xmas dinner for the family.
Fish oil: 0 caps

Breakfast (7:50am) – coconut water, earl grey tea with milk and honey, cottage cheese, carrots

Snack (11:00am) – steamed shrimp, venti Starbucks Eggnog latte with rum.

Lunch (1:30pm) – Chipotle steak tacos with guacamole, lettuce, onions and green pepper. Only had 1 tortilla. Sparkling water.

Dinner (really the entire afternoon and evening) – balsamic rosemary and garlic pork, mustard marinated grilled rump roast. Grilled mixed potatoes and leeks. Roasted asparagus and red peppers. Brussels sprouts with bacon and pecans. Pomegranate kirs and white wine.
