Sleep: midnight – 8am. Time check at 7am. I’m having messed up dreams and feeling more rested when I wake, which means I am sleeping more solidly (I guess). Nap 4:30 – 6:00pm
Stress: Low. Football watching
Fish oil: 5 caps

Food

Breakfast (8:15am) – lady grey tea with milk and honey, shrimp with lime juice, carrots

Lunch 1 (11:20am) – lady grey tea with milk and honey, almond roca, tomato and mozzarella salad

Lunch 2 (1:20pm) – riesling, red zinger iced tea, lentil and barley soup with hot sauce.

Snack (2:30pm) – beemster cheese, chardonnay, triscuits.

Dinner (6:40pm) – 2 slices bacon, roasted red pepper and asparagus omelet, red zinger iced tea.
