Evil Plan – Cycle 2, Week 1, Day 6


WOD – rest day today. Feeling under the weather.

Sleep: 8:00pm – 1:45am, 2:30am – 10:00am, 1:30pm – 3:15pm (yay sleep!)
Stress: Low. Spent most of the day sleeping.
Fish Oil: 6 caps

Midnight snack (2:00am) – coconut water

Breakfast (10:30am) – smoked pork and sauerkraut, lady grey tea

Lunch (12:00pm – Fuddruckers) – buffalo burger (no bun), pico de gallo, morroccan pomegranate rooibos (iced)

Dinner (5:00pm) – pork ribs. Moroccan pomegranate rooibos tea (hot)

Snack (6:00pm) – Brownies and pistachio gelato. Lady grey tea with milk and honey.

Dinner 2 (6:30pm) – smoked pork and sauerkraut. Lady grey tea with milk and honey.

Very low energy. By the afternoon, was running a slight fever.
Supposed to go to the hockey game today. Stayed glued to the couch. With as sick as my friends and co-workers have been recently, I guess it was a matter of time.
