Evil Plan – Cycle 2, Week 3, Day 6


WOD – 3 games of Top Golf. Haven’t lost too much of my swing. Still need new clubs.

Sleep: 12:00am – 4:30am, 5:00am – 9:30am
Stress: Low. Smacking golf balls with friends. What’s not to love?
Fish Oil: 5 caps

Early morning snack: coconut water

Breakfast: darjeeling tea with milk and maple syrup, bacon, eggs and leeks.

Lunch (Top Golf) – chili, corn chips, bud light

Snack: coffee

Dinner (Shanghai Peking) – crispy beef, dumplings, szechuan chicken, water

Evening Snack: coconut water

Swung golf clubs for the first time in a long while. Felt good. Is it spring yet?
