Joining GenPop from here on out. Strangely, I missed doing the MetCon – even after today’s beatdown

wallball with Jen and Patricia. No harm was done to either person or the folks on either side of me or to the ceiling tiles this time.

Absolutely thrilled I can even contemplate doing this RX. Much less sniffing 200.
Sleep: 8:30pm – 4:53am Time check at 3:30am and very spotty sleep until I decided to get up
Stress: Medium. Low grade headache for the better part of the day.
Fish Oil: 4 caps

Pre-workout: coconut water

Breakfast: protein shake with greens +, coffee with almond milk

Lunch (Panda Cafe) – shrimp spring rolls, egg drop soup (no noodles), water

Snack: almonds, seaweed snacks, san pellegrino water, 2 excederin

Dinner (Warehouse) – Lobster, shrimp, scallops, crab with tarragon butter mayo sauce. Broccoli (1st time I have eaten this this year. 1st time I’ve been able to get past the smell. Still can’t get past the texture). pinot grigio, cappuchino creme brulee, small glass of port, water.

Fought a low grade headache from about 7am (before coffee) well into the afternoon. Finally reached for the headache pills around 2pm.
Last night – dinner and a movie (Despicable Me). Christy 0530 was right – great movie. Nice end to an incredibly long week.
