Evil Plan – Cycle 2, Week 4, Day 7


5 minutes – foam roll back
5 minutes – foam roll upper arms/triceps

Sleep: 9:00pm – 9:00am with brief time checks at 12:15am and 6:00am. Sleep = awesome
Stress: Low
Fish Oil: 5 caps

Breakfast: coffee with milk and maple. fried eggs and bacon

Lunch: roasted tomato, red pepper and squid soup, cider

Snack: bison london broil, cider.popeyes chicken thighs

Snack 2: beef sticks, water, coconut water


A couch day. Thought about doing the WOD, but figured I’d let my arms heal a bit more. Still sore from Friday.
