Evil Plan – Cycle 1, Week 3, Day 6


50 squats

not done for time

Mobility – Split Work with Carl Paoli and Kelly Starrett
Sleep: 9:30pm – 7:00am. But I felt like I woke a number of times during the night. Still not feeling rested
Stress: Low.
Fish Oil: 5 caps

Breakfast: earl grey tea with milk and maple, bacon, eggs, celery

Lunch: Ethiopean squid with romaine, beer.

Dinner: crispy beef, pork dumplings, coconut water, hot fudge sundae

For whatever reason I woke thinking of this post from my friend Beau. It struck me how easily it could have been the other way around. This morning – I woke up grateful that I can still hold a fish.
