Sleep: 8:15pm – 7:15am. Unfortunately slept lightly for 11 hours. Still more rested than I’ve felt in awhile.
Stress: Medium Low. High people day. At least most are friends
Fish Oil: none

Breakfast: earl grey tea with milk and maple.

Lunch: biscuits and sausage gravy, bloody marys (low alcohol)

Hockey: water + coffee with cream and sugar

Super Bowl: green tea, pulled pork with mustard BBQ

Lots going on. Didn’t drink very much on this excellent sports day. Good thing.
