Evil Plan – Cycle 3, Week 3, Day 3

WOD – lesseee….running 3k in the cold and dark or sleep in. I vote sleep in.

Mobility
1 min per side lax ball on desk – forearms
1 min per side lax ball on desk – upper arm near elbows

Sleep: 9:30pm – 5:00am. Hit snooze until 6:00am. Feel very rested. I am sleeping much better recently.
Stress: Medium. Online teaching, trying to finish odds and ends before a few days away from the office, and helping a very sick student while waiting for the paramedics. A karma day.
Fish Oil: 4 caps

Food
Breakfast: smoked trout, hb eggs, carrots, coffee with almond milk

Lunch (the Meat Truck): Steak sandwich with lettuce, tomato and cheese sauce. Tasted the bread, but didn’t eat it. For good or ill, the bread makes the sandwich. Ginger peach tea,

Dinner: This fabulous dinner recipe from Curtis Stone. Prociutto-wrapped chicken breast with mashed cauliflower. First time I’ve had cauliflower and liked it. The tip – cook in milk and blend the heck out of it so it doesn’t taste like small trees. Red wine.

The rest day seems to be doing me good. Not as sore as I was at the beginning of the day.
