Breakfast: coffee with almond milk, carrots, hb eggs

Lunch: french onion soup (no bread or cheese), palak paneer, water

Snack: seaweed snacks, carrots, smoked trout, Blu Italy lime sparkling water

Dinner: pork with buffalo sauce, spinach, water, caramel gelato
