Countdown – Week 1, Day 6


WOD – 18 holes of golf

Really starting to crush my drives. Too bad the rest of my game sucks.
Sleep: 10:00pm – 9:45am. Up for 15 minutes around 3:00am
Stress: Very low
Fish Oil: none
Food – junk day!

Breakfast (McDonalds): Bacon, egg and cheese biscuit, hash brown, coffee with 1 cream, 1 sugar

Golf: 1 lifewater, 1 beer

Dinner: southwest seasoned flank steak, corn chips, guac, taco sauce, carrots, wheat thins, green goddess dressing, water, some high end rum

Off the computer, socializing with friends yesterday. I should spend entire days away from this thing more often.
