Revisiting Joseph Campbell’s The Power of Myth.
Dad gave this book to me during my senior year of high school. I’ve revisited it every few years since (either in book or video form) and always pick up something new.
Life experience will do that to you.
WOD – exercising the brain

3 minutes foam roll lower back
3 minutes foam roll upper back
3 minutes foam roll hamstrings
3 minutes foam roll quads
Sleep: 8:30pm – 1:45am, 2:00am – 6:00am with turning off the alarm at 5:00am.
Stress: Low. Not a lot going on. This is good.
Fish Oil: 4 caps

Breakfast: oatmeal with walnuts and raisins, black tea with milk

Lunch: corned beef and sauerkraut. Ginger peach white tea.

Snack: egg drop soup, water.

Dinner (Popeyes): Fried chicken, a biscuit, cole slaw.

Really low key day. Badly needed.
