NoVa Open Week 2b – Friday


One of my favorite shirts. For multiple reasons.

WOD – rest day / mobility
1 min per side – elbow lax ball on desk
3 min upper back foam roll
2 min ea side lax foam roll
2 min ea side ITB foam roll
Sleep: 9:00pm – 2:00am, 3:15am – 6:00am. Up at 2am talking to the SO.
Stress: Low. Cleaning up some odds and ends.
Fish Oil: 4 caps

Breakfast: oatmeal with raisins, walnuts and brown sugar. Chai tea with milk and honey

Lunch: shrimp spring rolls, water, ginger peach white tea

Dinner 1: grilled lamb and spinach with asian sesame dressing, water

Dinner 2(Arby’s): 1/2 angus 3 cheese and bacon sandwich, 1/2 mocha shake.

Attempted to calorie load late last night knowing that I wouldn’t be hungry tomorrow thanks to nerves. Will be bringing more carrots. That worked.

Really really hoping this chest congestion/cough is gone tomorrow. I am having my doubts.
May be a long 15 minutes tomorrow. Thank god my heat is early.
