NoVa Open Week 2b – the day of rest

WOD – Mobility

Episode 212 Mobility WOD
My shoulders felt uber-juicy this morning. As in, something didn’t feel right juicy. Especially my right shoulder. Should be interesting.
Sleep: 11:00pm – 9:00am. Up briefly between 2:15 and 2:30am. Slept lightly between 7am and 9am.
Stress:Medium Low. Working on taxes today.
Fish Oil: 4 caps

Breakfast: jasmine green tea, eggs, bacon, baby carrots

Snack: ricotta, maple and dates. Red zinger tea

Lunch: grilled lamb with steak sauce. sparkling water.

Dinner: grilled beef skewers, sparkling water with lime.

Snack: protein shake with greens +, red zinger tea
A bit too much time indoors. Managed to get out to grill and figure out where I am going to plant some asparagus crowns. Hope to spend more time outside tomorrow.
