NoVa Open Week 3 – Friday


WOD – rest day
Didn’t get the mobility in that I had hoped.
Sleep: 9:00pm – 5:15am. Time check at 12:30am
Stress: Medium low. Very productive. Even the kids I work with were quiet(er) today.
Fish Oil: 4 caps

Breakfast: grilled salmon and asparagus with fried eggs. jasmine green tea. coffee with milk and honey

Snack: ricotta and honey, water

Lunch (really late because I wasn’t hungry): beef, carrots, sparkling water

Dinner: shrimp with artichokes, sun dried tomatoes and garlic over spring greens, water

Finished taxes. Got a number of projects out the door. In bed early.
