NoVa Open Week 3 – Sun-day of Rest


The sylvan path to my back yard.
WOD – rest day. Bought shoes. Watched hockey. Wardrobe spring cleaning. Attack dandelions. Take pictures. Watch end of Masters.

Sleep: 8:15pm – 7:30am. Slept very lightly between midnight and 3am.
Stress: Low.
Fish Oil: none

Breakfast: tea with milk and maple, spring greens, bacon, fried eggs

Lunch: shrimp with artichokes, sun dried tomatoes and garlic, red wine.

Snack: corn chips and clam dip

Dinner: hamburger (no bun), coconut water

I have a feeling that a 2 front war (english ivy and dandelions) may be a losing battle.
