NoVa Open Week 4 – Tuesday


I do CrossFit so that I have as much energy as Lionel Hampton in his 80s 🙂

5 push press 35#
5 power cleans 35#
5 situps
5 supermans


4 rounds
4 power cleans 65#
8 burpees
8 pullups
20 double-unders Rounds 1 and 3 unbroken 🙂 Best double-under WOD EVER!!!!!

Cut the pullups because after the 1st 2, felt pain in my right elbow. Looks like icing and patches today.
Sleep: 8:30pm – 11:30pm, 12:00am – 5:00am
Stress:Medium. Mostly meetings and info gathering. Bit stuck on my next tutorial for development. Hope inspiration comes soon.
Fish Oil: 4 caps

Pre-WOD: coconut water

Breakfast: coconut water, smoked trout, carrots, sparking water, coffee with 1/2 and 1/2 + sugar

Lunch: chicken breast, palak paneer, sparkling water

Snack: Kind Almond/Coconut bar. Sparkling water

Dinner: beef tacos with onions, tomatoes and guacamole, water

Not a bad day. Had a training canceled, some meetings to attend, and a healthy dose of writers block. Thankfully, I am not on a panic deadline.
More meetings and socialization in Ashburn tomorrow.
